Who we are

This website is operated by Tisha Findlay (Aasla), Mortgage Agent Level 2 (FSRA Lic. # M15002236), licensed with Real Mortgage Associates (Brokerage Lic. # 10464), 578 Upper James St., Hamilton ON L9C 2Y6.

What we collect

When you submit a form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, and details about your mortgage goals. If you proceed with a mortgage application, additional information (identification, income, assets, liabilities and credit information) is collected through the brokerage's secure application process, with your express consent.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, to assess and arrange mortgage financing on your behalf, to communicate with lenders and insurers as part of that process, and to comply with regulatory requirements under Ontario's Mortgage Brokerages, Lenders and Administrators Act. We do not sell your personal information.

Consent and credit checks

We do not access your credit report without your consent. Submitting a form on this website does not authorize a credit check.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) to understand how pages are used, for example which pages are visited and whether a form was submitted. Analytics never receives your name, email or phone number. Google signals and advertising personalization are turned off. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a visitor is human without tracking them for advertising.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by law, and is protected through appropriate physical, technical and administrative safeguards.

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent subject to legal and contractual restrictions, by contacting [email protected] or (226) 802-1215.
